2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- We require a valid credit card on file when booking services online or in person.
- Cancellations: We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service.
- No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without proper notice, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost.
3. Membership Terms
- Each membership plan begins with a minimum of 3 months.
- After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel your membership by providing us with 1 month’s notice.
- Membership payments are auto-debited monthly on the same day you signed up for the plan.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you miss a payment or unlink your credit card, you will not be eligible for membership benefits, including discounted services, until the balance is paid.
- If you cancel your membership before the 3-month minimum, any unused services within the membership will be forfeited.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices for services, memberships, and gift cards are subject to applicable taxes.
- Payments for services must be made in full at the time of your appointment.
- Membership fees will be charged automatically on the billing date specified at sign-up.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5. Refund Policy
- Services: We do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact us, and we will do our best to address the issue.
- Memberships: Membership payments are non-refundable.
- Products: Refunds for products will only be granted if the product is unused and returned within 7 days of purchase.
6. Use of the Website
- You agree not to misuse the website, including hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our services or network.
- We reserve the right to block access to the website if any misuse is detected.
7. Liability Limitation
